Appearance and texture
This cheese has no rind, it has a supple and smooth texture, and is cream-coloured, but can also be coloured differently.

Aroma and taste
Mild Cheddar has a mild and creamy taste, with a hint of hazelnut flavour and a buttery aroma.

The best way to enjoy
Served in cubes, triangular pieces, or slices, and offered in cream, orange, or marbled colours, this quality cheese can be served in a salad or simply melted between two slices of bread.

Are you short of cream cheese for breakfast? Slices of mild Cheddar will do the trick….. and the taste will only be an improvement!

It is recommended to let stand at room temperature for a minimum of two hours before consumption.
Conservations and storage
Fresh mild Cheddar must be refrigerated within 24 hours of its manufacture. Fresh daily, it keeps in its original packaging for up to 3 months after its packaging date.

Pasteurized milk, may contain modified milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme, may contain colouring.*

* White cheddar does not contain coloring. On the other hand, the marbled or yellow cheddar contains a natural coloring called Annatto which gives a yellow-orange color to the cheese.
