A genuine taste of old-fashioned Cheddar! Refined, tasty, and… lactose free! With time it develops a rich and creamy taste. Tastier than mild Cheddar, St-Guillaume medium Cheddar is ideal for those who want to become cheese connoisseurs, or for those who want to develop a taste for older cheeses.

Firm cheese made from raw milk.
