Aroma and taste
Medium Cheddar has a hazelnut-like flavour which gets stronger as it ages. Its period of maturation is between 4 and 9 months.

The best way to enjoy
A Cheddar that you can enjoy….as you like it: Either in a sandwich, melted over slightly grilled vegetables, or accompanied by pieces of crisp apple. It’s also a companion of choice for snacks.
