Aroma and taste
This cheese has a nut taste with a little hazel nut milk aroma. This final product contains no residual lactose.

The best way to enjoy
Keep at room temperature for a minimum of 2 hours before eating.
Conservations and storage
Emmental cheese must be refrigerated, and keeps for up to 4 months after the packaging date.
