Conservations and storage
Cheddar cheese curd must be refrigerated 24 hours after its date of manufacture.

It can be kept in its original packaging for up to 21 days (refrigerated).

* White cheddar does not contain coloring. On the other hand, the marbled or yellow cheddar contains a natural coloring called Annatto which gives a yellow-orange color to the cheese.
